A seasoned financial analyst, and a vertically integrated expert and certified appraiser in the real estate sector with 18 years of experience in real estate development, investment, valuation, and consulting industries. Skilled across the real estate asset life cycle from market assessment and opportunity extraction through development recommendation and pre-construction stage management to marketing and assets divestitures. Executed over 300 assignments in real estate investments valued at nearly USD 15 billion on behalf of investors, developers, and consultants. Proven track record working with international real estate consulting and valuation companies, investment and assets management firms, and a real estate development company. Complemented by additional several years of experience in accounting, taxation, analysis of private and public companies, and multi-sector investments spanning manufacturing, F&B, and trade with portfolios exceeding USD 0.5 billion.

Moammar is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor MRICS with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, London – UK. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio – USA. He also  holds a graduate course in Coporate Finance from University of Liverpool, Liverpool – UK and he is a Registered Real Estate Appraiser with the State of Ohio Department of Commerce – Ohio, USA.

With a PhD in Finance and a track record of translating theory into actionable insight, he advises on capital structuring, risk modeling, and cross-border asset optimization. His analytical rigor is matched by a pragmatic understanding of investor psychology, making him a trusted voice in both institutional negotiations and high-net-worth engagements. Ezar is a results-driven Supply Chain & Operations Leader with over 12 years of experience across East Africa and the Middle East, delivering high-impact solutions in procurement, logistics, ERP implementation, operations, and warehouse optimization. Known for building resilient, efficient supply chains aligned with global compliance standards and cost-saving strategies. He thrives in complex environments—bridging strategic planning with operational execution to drive growth, innovation, and sustainability.
